The current pandemia and the digital transformation that has been happening during the last few years (and that has been accelerated in many sectors because of the pandemia) has contributed to point out that a new kind of leadership is needed to inspire, stimulate and let flow many changes that are needed to keep up with market, societal trends and even try to lead them.
