Weeks ago we have shared some considerations regarding a unique and effective way that #Ferrari #F1 begun to utilise to manage its talents https://lnkd.in/eG_qREq . Now, while facing slippery results trends it appears that rapid action has been taken to make changes within the organization of the technical area. The F1 world moves fast yet is marked management change obliged to keep-up with this pace or letting things simmer can be an actual recipe for success because reinforcing a sense of confidence and determination that measures itself much beyond short term results? Time will tell, and it will be interesting to debate about it.
