#Talentmanagement programs can represent an actual development of talent as well as a crushing of careers; the #RedBullRacing drivers’ #program for years has shown exactly these dynamics. Recent developments of the process have brought the program to reconsider and involve anew talent put aside years ago. Simply the system has been too fast in sidelining talent then has then had time and means to mature in other contexts. The cause of this has been simply a lack of projection towards the future or the perception that, no matter what, talent considered as proper was going to be plenty available? Other programs have been much less structured, and therefore selective, yet as effective to the very least. Interesting considerations that from the Formula 1 context can represent meaningful lessons also to the organizational world overall.
